An exterior inspection offers important information on the status and state of a property.
When exterior inspections are conducted on defaulted properties, inspectors are saddled with the responsibility of confirming the occupancy status of the property and they are to define the exterior condition of such properties. The most important task of the inspectors is to confirm and report if someone appears to be living on the property or not. Inspectors would also provide a comprehensive report on the external state of the property and report red flags such as visible external damage, bushy lawn, unsecured doors and windows. The report also contains the sighting of notices, citations or "For Sale" signs.
